Karly Blake Walton

An SJ Quinney Law School Graduate, Karly has undoubtedly been making a name for herself in the Real Estate area of law. Practicing in the areas of HOA, Evictions, Collections, Landlord Tenant, and Foreclosures, she has become a considerable talent in navigating the ever-changing legal landscape of these areas. As a member of CCIM Affiliate and IREM’s Government Affairs Committee, she holds a unique position to help shape laws in her field. It also gives her an advantage in guiding her clients through the various regulations to achieve their goals.

In addition to law school, Karly also earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Dixie State University. Her studies in Communications provide her unique tools which have proven very beneficial in the courtroom as a litigator. A 2nd Place Speaker at the Antone & Cola Bowler Persuasive Speaking Competition at Dixie State and Semifinalist at the Memorial Brief, Jessup International Law Moot Court—U.S. Rocky Mountain Regionals, Karly is a proficient talking head. Now she serves of the Primary Utah State Board CE Instructor for the firm’s various courses offered.

Outside the office, Karly is a passionate stargazer and classic rock enthusiast. You are hard-pressed to find someone more apt to get on the karaoke stage then Karly. She is also a talented artist, painter, and musician.
